-
Wants to improve their physical and mental health and enjoy life at the same time

When + Where?
Bootcamps are run 3 times per week at Treetops Montessori School in Darlington
Tuesday + Thursday evenings, 6 pm
These Bootcamps are always full-body and always varied, using bodyweight, some light equipment + weights, monkey bars, hills and more!
Saturday mornings, 7.00 am
Saturdays we do a 30-minute HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workout, followed by a 1-hour Pilates class, working on core strength, flexibility and mobility
Mindfulness
We aim to finish most bootcamps with a short, simple mindfulness meditation, allowing the body to relax and recover after working hard. Rest is just as important as work and play, so we get a little regular dose of calm!
