In the meantime, below is a little more information about Bootcamp!
What is it?

Bootcamp is a 60-minute full-body workout conducted outdoors, in a group setting. It is aimed at building strength and fitness so that you can do the things you love to do in life with ease

Who is it for?

Thousand Reasons Bootcamp is for anyone who

  • Likes to work out in a group or with friends

  • Wants the motivation and accountability of training with others

  • Doesn't like the 'no pain, no gain' attitude of some other Bootcamp groups

  • Wants to feel good about themselves, no matter what age, size, or fitness level

  • Wants to increase their general strength, stamina, mobility, flexibility, energy, and quality of life

  • Wants to improve their physical and mental health and enjoy life at the same time

What's included?
  • Up to 3 Bootcamp sessions per week

  • Initial discovery + goal setting session

  • Facebook messenger group chat with other members, where you can motivate each other, share tips + recipes

  • Access to regular challenges, group events, workshops, and social events

When + Where?

Bootcamps are run 3 times per week at Treetops Montessori School in Darlington

Tuesday + Thursday evenings, 6 pm

These Bootcamps are always full-body and always varied, using bodyweight, some light equipment + weights, monkey bars, hills, and more!

Saturday mornings, 7.00 am

Saturdays we do an even split between HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and a good full body stretch using Foam Rollers, Tennis balls, and resistance bands.

We aim to finish most bootcamps with a short, simple mindfulness meditation, allowing the body to relax and recover after working hard. Rest is just as important as work and play, so we get a little regular dose of calm
