Mel Kenworthy

Mel has been in the fitness industry for over 13 years, and her experience has led her to focus on the more important aspects of health: anything that makes us happy!


There's much more to health than just diet and exercise and there are many ways to integrate health into your life that also make you happier, healthier more productive and more joyful throughout life, not just when it's going perfectly.


Mel's focus in all services is to have you leave feeling physically and mentally better about yourself and your abilities, with simple and practical mindset shifts.

Mel has over a decade's experience in the health and fitness industry, starting as a personal trainer specialising in posture, lower back pain and injury prevention, and developing an incredible interest in the power of the mind.


She has studied many aspects of health, happiness and productivity including:

  • Emotional Intelligence

  • Mindset

  • Mindfulness

  • Stress

  • Sleep

  • Gut Health
