Sarah Special Bootcamp!

Hi Ladies,

Welcome to Thousand Reasons!

Sarah told me you are looking to start your own Bootcamp group on a Saturday morning at 9 am. I'd love to help you with that! I just wanted to do up a quick inclusions page, so that you know what you're signing up for. 
I currently do Bootcamps 3 times per week and full membership is currently $24.65/week (15% off) and covers all 3 sessions.
Membership for 1 session per week is $13/week on direct debit. This allows you to come once a week to any of the available sessions. This means that if you can't make it to your Saturday session, you can make up the session by joining us on either a Tuesday or Thursday evening. 
As this is a membership, you'll also get:
~ A one on one initial consultation, where we set your goals, take measurements (if desired), check exercise technique for the basic movements so that you know what you're doing in the group sessions.
~ An 8-week group challenge, covering all aspects of health to get you into the swing of exercising, eating well, and thinking well.
~ A personalised workout program, for you to do at home, with or without the kids.
~ Benchmark workouts, so that you can see how far you've come over the 8 weeks.

I understand an 8-week commitment is a concern for you as I know you all have busy lives with family and work commitments, however, in my experience, 8 weeks is the minimum time required to be able to see any results, and I like to make sure you can at least start to see and feel some tangible results! 
It also gives you time to:
~Get to know the exercises, and how to do them properly,
~Start seeing and feeling a difference in your strength, endurance, and energy levels, and
~Start to build a habit of incorporating exercise into your week.
The alternative to the membership is a casual fee of $20 per session.
Value-wise, this means, even if you miss 3 sessions over the 8 weeks (as I mentioned, you can make up missed sessions at our other Bootcamp sessions too) it still works out better value than paying casually, and you get all the membership inclusions for free!
